What are your hours?
We are open from 7 a.m. to the last load is at 8 p.m.
Do you sell detergent?
Yes, we sell detergent, softener, bleach, and dryer sheets. We have a lot of brands.
Do you have any large machines?
Yes, we have 62 pound machines which is the equivalent of 6 regular washing machines.
Are you attended?
Yes, we are fully attended. There is always someone to help you.
Wash & Fold
What is the turnaround time?
Our normal wash and fold is done by the next day. You can request same day service for a little more money.
Do you provide the detergent?
Yes, we use brand name liquid detergent or Free & Clear upon request.
Do you spot clothes?
If we see a stain, we will use Shout on it. If you do that at home as soon as you see a stain, it is less likely to set.
Is there a minimum?
We have a $25 minimum on all orders. We’ll take any size order, but if it's less than 20 pounds you'll be charged $25.
Is there a maximum?
We do not have a maximum for orders. We have a large variety of washer and dryer sizes that will accommodate even the largest orders.
Can I drop-off my laundry and have you deliver it?
Yes, of course! We are here to accommodate you. Just tell us when you drop off your laundry or call us and we’ll schedule a time to deliver your laundry. Pickup and Delivery rates will apply.
What is your standard laundering process and can I request something different?
Our standard process is wash in cold water using name brand liquid detergent and hot temperature dry. If you want us to do something different, such as wash in hot water, use free & clear liquid detergent, use fabric softener or bleach, separate whites and colors, tumble dry or hang dry, or hang specific items instead of fold we will be happy to accommodate you. Just request it in the “special instructions”. There is no extra charge on requests for different detergent or temperature wash or dry. Additional costs may apply for other requests.
Do I need to put my laundry in laundry bags?
No. You can put your laundry in any bag you want, but we recommend laundry bags or disposable plastic bags (e.g. trash bags). We also ask that you close the bag. If you have laundry that requires special instructions from the rest of your laundry, we ask that you separate that laundry and label it. If you don’t have a bag, you can use your own hamper or basket. We will take your basket or hamper and it will be included as part of the weight, so we recommend that you use a laundry bag or disposable plastic bags. What days do you provide this service?
Seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

We allow people to sign up for weekly or bi-weekly service. In this way, you don't have to sign up for service every time.
What if I signed up for recurring and I am on vacation?
Just let us know by going into your account on your computer or cell phone.
Do I have to be home for my laundry or dry cleaning to be picked up or delivered?
No. We make this as convenient for you as possible. For pick up, just tell us where you will leave your laundry or leave it outside your front door. For deliveries, just tell us where you would like us to drop off your laundry. We simply suggest that the pickup or delivery location be in a sheltered place because of the weather. Some people tell us the front porch, the back porch, the unlocked garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Is there a minimum?
We have a 25 pound minimum charge on all orders. We’ll take any size order, but if it's less than 25 pounds you'll be charged for 25 pounds. For Dry Cleaning only Pick-Up and Delivery there is a minimum charge of $37.50 For orders that include both Laundry and Dry Cleaning, only the minimum 25 pound charge applies.
What if I don’t want to leave my laundry out for pickup?
If you don’t want to leave your laundry out for pickup that’s okay! Just add in the special instructions that you will hand deliver your laundry to us when we get to your pickup location. We will send you a text message when we’re on our way so you can make sure you’re ready to give us your laundry.

Can I pick up my laundry instead of have you deliver it?
Yes, of course! We are here to accommodate you. Just tell us that you would like to pick up your laundry before we schedule it to be delivered. Pickup and Delivery rates will still apply.
Will you let me know when you’re on your way to pick up or deliver my laundry?
Yes! We’ll text you when we are on our way to pick up and deliver your laundry.
What if I forget about a scheduled pickup?
If the delivery person has already been dispatched and there is nothing for us to pickup when we get there, you will be charged a fee of $25. We advise that you give us 24 hour notice if you do not need a pickup.
